Tactical & Hand Combat Self Defense Program is an internationally operating, independent, interdisciplinary school for tactical self-defense. Mainly based on the Israeli close combat systems – KRAV MAGA and KAPAP, we teach both, civilians and professional users alike, ineffective tactical self-defense.

COUNTER TERROR, PROTECTION & FIREARMS SELF DEFENSE ZONE

UCL is the ideal starting point for those wishing to break into the business of protecting others or those transitioning from Military or Law Enforcement as well as regular civilians wish to develop their combat self-defense skills in a really professional set up.
Our courses are adopted and design by Indian Defense Military and Special Task Forces of Israel with extensive experience in all facets of corporate, celebrity, dignitary and VIP protection.
The curriculum is extremely relevant to those with little to no experience in the security industry as well as to seasoned professionals. We conduct several hands-on, live-fire urban room clearing/CQB exercises incorporating vehicles ambush, evacuation & extraction. We also cover legal aspects, security procedures, and emergency response skills commonly required by security personnel.
Our program gives us access to enable us to expose our students to the challenges of making decisions under pressure and according to the rules of engagement.

Self-defense differs from combat sports and traditional martial arts, already in its fundamental objective.
Our goal is to get people defendable in the shortest possible time! There are many critics who say, that for example, a woman would never really be able to defend herself and fight off a determined and aggressive attacker who is stronger than her. And yet, there are crime statistics that clearly prove, that in over 80% of intended mentally and physically abuse cases, the attacker chooses to let go of the victim, if he is confronted with fierce resistance. That leads to an important conclusion, offenders are looking for victims, not opponents!
We believe that the key to successful self-defense lies within a special didactic approach that is being successfully implemented within military and police training for decades.
On one hand, simple, but effective techniques are being used, that don’t rely on brutal force on force, but rather on attacking weak points of the human body, and therefore they can be used by anyone. Further, the development of a strong fight mentality, or call it a “survival instinct” if you like, has special importance, because giving up in a fight, is not an option and could mean the difference between life and death.
All that has to be combined with reality-based simulation training, forcing the student to apply the acquired techniques also under intense stress. This didactic principle differs from most regular sports and martial arts training and makes it possible for students to achieve significant progress, in a short amount of time.

Who is this suitable for?
​
We believe strongly, that everyone can defend. Therefore our offer is primarily for people, who just want to learn how to effectively defend themselves, without the need to train in martial arts for years. The perfect execution of impressive-looking techniques, along with the wearing of colorful belts, is not an objective here.

What if I am not the sporty type?
​
Living a healthy lifestyle, be active and do sport regularly, certainly has its benefits in many areas of life, here as well. But, your personal fitness level is not a necessary prerequisite, in order to successfully defend yourself. Knowing your own weaknesses, but especially those of the attacker and knowing how to take advantage of them really gives everyone the possibility to defend themselves.

How fast can that be learned?
The fastest way to start is with one of our BASIC self-defense courses. Those courses go over a total of 20 hours, usually delivered in 10 modules, 2 hours each.
In Advance level, our 3 Months to 6 Months Programs are fit to teach whatever you need to protect yourself and your precious family.
In this BASIC course, we deliver a comprehensive curriculum, in which we cover the fundamentals of defenses against many common forms of attacks. Most course participants are overwhelmed by the progress that can be achieved in this short amount of time.

GUN COMBAT SYSTEM
